Bringing people together, connecting the right people and building bridges must not be underestimated. It's crucial to obtain the right knowledge and expertise.
I set the bar high for me and the team. Setting the example to push to the max of your abilities, is a great way to motivate the team to deliver the best result they're capable of. These results earn the team a wonderful feeling of satisfaction.
